Redemptorist High School send-off
BATON ROUGE- Today, alumni and former faculty will say their final goodbyes to Redemptorist High School.
After 68 years the school is closing due to money issues and dwindling enrollment.
The school was founded in 1949 and enrolled about 1,100 students in 1980. However, in 2015 Redemptorist was only projected to have an enrollment of 150 students.
There were many attempts to save the high school, but none of them were effective.
