Red Cross responding following severe weather
BATON ROUGE- The American Red Cross is helping out those in Arkansas and several other states affected by Sunday's deadly tornadoes.
A volunteer team from south Louisiana will depart on Tuesday for Arkansas to manage Red Cross health services.
More than 200 people spent the night in shelters in Arkansas.
The Red Cross also is providing health and mental health services and Red Cross emergency vehicles will be distributing food throughout the affected areas.
