Rape accuser says she was trying to breathe
A woman who says she was raped at the Denver airport says she didn't scream because she was being choked. The woman testified she stopped saying no and was trying to breathe when she was attacked last year on a concourse after refusing a request for a kiss. The woman says Noel Bertrand of Oregon told her the gagging sound she made was sexy. Two airline employees broke up the attack, but Bertrand's lawyer claims the woman had rough, consensual sex and then regretted it.
