Rap lyrics lead to murder, 3 arrested
INDEPENDENCE - The Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff's Office says a third suspect turned himself in Saturday for a murder in Independence, La.
Police say one person was killed during a feud that involved rap lyrics and their meaning between two groups of individuals.
Officials say 19-year-old Kenneth Johnson was involved in the murder of 37-year-old Sandra Butler. According to authorities, Butler was not the intended target of a shooting.
Cops also arrested 24-year-old Verdale Anthony Moore and 19-year-old Davontaye Jackson earlier in the week.
