Ramp meters explained on 2une In

There will be a public meeting tonight to discuss a traffic management tool that will be implemented along I-12 from Essen to Walker.  It will be start at 7:00p.m. and run until 8:30p.m. at Walker High School.
   
DOTD and representatives of ABMB Engineers Inc. will discuss the upcoming ramp metering along I-12 to help the flow of traffic.

This morning, Peter Allain with DOTD joined Whitney Vann to explain how they work.
