Rain Delay rues the night for LSU vs Alabama
BATON ROUGE - Game One went off without a hitch...and a run by the Crimson Tide in a 2-0 win for LSU, but Game Two started 10 hours after the first game of the doubleheader Saturday night.
Once the game started, Alabama jumped on top quickly with a two-run home run in the top of the first inning.
LSU could win the series with a win in the rain-delayed affair, and the victory could help the Tigers as they wind down SEC play for the season.
The final series for the Tigers before postseason is on the road at Auburn starting Thursday May 15th.
