Ouachita School Board wants to cool down coaches

The Ouachita Parish School Board is considering a policy to penalize bad behavior by junior high school coaches, before, during and after games.
John Tannehill, an assignment officer for game officials, made the request to the board Tuesday, citing four incidences of misconduct in the school system since the school year began.
Tannehill said there should be penalties for abusive language, berating of officials and excessive questioning of calls.
