Police in Memphis say a man who was angry over two teens' saggy pants shot one in the buttocks during an argument and faces aggravated assault charges. Investigators say Kennth Bonds yelled at the kids to pull up their pants while they walked through his neighborhood. When the teens refused, they argued with Bonds and he pulled out a gun and threated to shoot. The teens ran and police say Bonds fired several shots hitting one in the backside. The wound is not considered life-threatening.
