Pull the tooth
ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA- A man was ordered to stand trial for attacking a dentist with a tire iron because the doctor wouldn't pull a tooth.
Philip Kienholz is charged with assault and remains in jail since he can't post his $25,000 bond.
Police say Kienholz was angry at the dentist and cornered him in a room with another patient.
They say he hit the dentist on the wrist with the tire iron and ran away.
The dentist prescribed antibiotics instead of pulling the tooth.
