Protester interrupts BP hearing

A protester interrupted a hearing on Capitol Hill just as BP CEO Tony Hayward began his testimony.  Witnesses say Diane Wilson shouted "you should be charged with a crime" from the back of the room.  Capitol police escorted her out of the room.

After she left, Hayward said the Gulf spill should "never have happened" and that he regrets the impact it has had on people and the environment.
