On Wednesday, a prosecutor is expected to recommend jail time for actress Lindsay Lohan for violating her probation in a theft case. The Los Angeles City Attorney's office says the recommendation is based on Lohan's termination from a woman's shelter where she was doing community service. Lohan goes to court on Wednesday to update a judge on her probation progress working with the American Red Cross. Lohan was charged with taking a $2,500 necklace without permission and she pleaded no contest in May.
