A St. Francisville paper mill may be sold at auction.

According to a company executive, Renew Paper is being reorganized because of bankruptcy.

Allen Byrd, mill owner, put a halt on production because of low timber stocks.

Byrd said the current ownership may be out of the picture after a potential auction.
