BATON ROUGE - A change to state elections takes place tomorrow in a race for a Baton Rouge representative's seat.
Metro Council member Scott Wilson and Central businessman Barry Ivey face off in a special election for the District 65 seat. Rep. Clifton Richardson resigned from the seat due to health reasons.
The polls open at 7 a.m., an hour later than in previous state elections. The later time is due to a law passed last year and only affects state elections, not federal elections.
Visit the state's GeauxVote website for more information about where to vote in your area.
