Police upgrade charges, make additional arrests in deadly shooting
BATON ROUGE - Police upgraded charges for one man and arrested two others after a shooting victim died.
Jonathan Robinson was hit by a bullet from a gun, fired into the air on Blvd de Province last week. Police said Qwenton Bureau pulled the trigger during a fight.
Bureau faces negligent homicide charges. The others, Troy Rhines and Keithin Johnson face accessory to negligent homicide charges.
Bureau previously faced charges for the altercation. Rhines and Johnson were arrested Wednesday.
