Michigan police threaten to serve Lean Cuisine if you're caught drunk driving
TROY, Mich. - It's never a good idea to drink a drive, but police in Michigan are taking some unorthodox measures to deter drunk drivers and keep everyone safe on the road this holiday season.
A tweet from the Troy Police Department laid out the master plan to curtail drunk driving, and it involves microwave-ready Lean Cuisine meals.
If your Thanksgiving celebration involves drunk driving in Troy, you can plan on this as your Thanksgiving meal... Proudly serving Lean Cuisine in the Troy lock up. pic.twitter.com/vRRWSEpS2O— Troy Police Dept. (@TroyMI_Police) November 21, 2017
That's right, police are threatening to serve Lean Cuisine to anyone caught driving drunk on Thanksgiving.
While we have no personal objections to the easy-to-make meals, we agree that they aren't exactly what you want to be eating on Thanksgiving day.
