Police in Arkansas say its no accident that a 9-year-old girl shot her younger brother while their parents were away. The Little Rock Police Chief says the girl pulled the trigger after initially telling officers two men broke in and did it. There are no signs of forced entry to the apartment and her father says she has autism and is prone to telling stories. The girl cannot be charged with a crime under Arkansas law. The boy was 7 and the parents were out signing paperwork at a nearby leasing office.
