Police seeking suspect vehicle involved in fatal Ascension Parish hit-and-run
UPDATE: State Police troopers are asking for the public's help in locating a vehicle that was involved in the fatal hit-and-run crash.
After further investigation, Troopers were able to locate additional evidence at the scene. Troopers consulted local car dealerships, which led them to identify the suspect's vehicle as a Magna Steel (gray) 2012-2015 GMC Terrain. The vehicle should have significant damage to the front right side and missing the passenger’s side mirror.
A picture showing the type of vehicle and the location of damage was released to help in locating the vehicle (the pictured vehicle is not an exact match to the color of the suspect vehicle.)
