BATON ROUGE - Investigators continue searching this morning for the gunman involved in a violent shooting last night.

It happened in the 4700 block of Shelley St. in Baton Rouge.

Police say the found the 22-year-old victim lying in the street, with a gunshot wound to the face.

He was taken to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries.

So far, officials have not released the suspect's name or a possible motive for the shooting.
