THIBODAUX - Police in Thibodaux have arrested three Houma people after they were alerted to a potential robbery.

Police say they saw 30-year-old Michael Ledet frantically exiting a business and hide in a truck that Terry Darcey and Brandy Guidry were waiting in.

They were told by security personnel that a television and a case of beer were stolen the night before.

After an investigation, police say Ledet admitted to stealing the TV and selling it to buy drugs.

Michael Ledet was arrested for Theft of Goods and Remaining After Being Forbidden; Terry Darcey was arrested for two 17th JDC Warrants for Failure to Appear; Brandy Guidry was arrested for a City Court of Thibodaux Warrant for Contempt of Court.
