Police release vigilante murder suspect's picture
BATON ROUGE - Police released a picture of a suspect, wanted in connection with what is likely a vigilante killing.
Police are looking for Yovanni Anibal Romos-Salazar. Investigators believe he shot and killed Joel Guevara Sunday night on Quida Mae.
Monday, the WBRZ Investigative Unit uncovered a warrant for Guevara's arrest related to a rape at a motel. Tuesday, police released Salazar's picture and said he is related to the rape victim.
Investigators believe the rape was the motive for the killing.
