Police raid home of suspected pharmacy burglar
BATON ROUGE - Part of Evangeline St. in Baton Rouge was shutdown for two hours Friday while police raided a home.
Three men were taken from the home in the 4600 block of Evangline. At least one is a suspect in pharmacy burglaries in several parishes. K-9's were released into the home while he barricaded himself in the attic. He was finally arrested after a 45 minute standoff.
The arrest was made by the Baton Rouge Police Department on Louisiana State Police warrants. It was part of a round-up of suspects in burglaries.
