Police: New Orleans man killed in West Baton Rouge crash
PORT ALLEN - State police say a man who wasn't wearing a seat belt was killed when the vehicle he was in rolled across traffic on I-10 eastbound.
It happened near LA Hwy 415. Officials say Reese Randolph, 22, was killed.
Police say Randolph was a passanger in a 2005 Nissan Xterra. The vehicle went across the median and and started rolling across the westbound lanes of I-10. Randolph died at the hospital from his injuries.
Five people were in the vehicle during the crash, according to authorities. The driver, Michael Naquin, 18, suffered serious injuries. He was also not wearing his seat belt.
The crash is still under investigation.
