Police: man died after being shot in car, driving away

BATON ROUGE- Police said a man was shot in a parking lot and was able to drive about a block before he crashed and died.
The victim's name was not released.
The man was shot in a parking lot in the 5700 block of Hollywood Street, sped away, and crashed at the corner of Hollywood and McClelland Ave.
The shooting happened at about 5:10 Thursday evening.
Police have not released details about any possible suspects.
