BATON ROUGE - Police confirmed they're investigating a man found dead on Alvin Dark this morning.

Cpl. L'Jean McKneely said the man was found dead near a residence at 4915 Alvin Dark. He could not confirm if the man had been murdered.

Reporter Michael Shingleton is on the scene and will have more information starting on News 2 at Noon.
