BATON ROUGE - Police are on the scene of a possible shooting in the North Baton Rouge area.

It happened just before 4 a.m. in the 4700 block of Banks Street near Evangeline.

Few details are known at this time, but at least one person was injured and taken to a local hospital.

News 2 will have more information on the investigation as it becomes available.
