BATON ROUGE - Police say a wrong-way driver caused a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 10 this morning, causing officials to shut down the roadway for more than 6 hours.
It happened just after 2 a.m. on the Mississippi River bridge.

Investigators have not said whether the wrong-way driver was the one killed in the crash.
None of the victims' names have been released at this time.
