Police identify suspect in Evangeline Street murder
BATON ROUGE - Baton Rouge Police have identified the suspect in the murder of a man on Evangeline St. earlier this month.
Michael Demond Davis, 32, is wanted on 1st degree murder charges. He's accused of shooting Tyrone Dyer, 34, in the 3800 block Evangeline near Plank Rd. The victim's body was found outside his home, and investigators believe the killing may have occurred during a robbery attempt.
