BATON ROUGE - Police announced the arrest of a man accused of placing a camera to spy on the men’s urinal of a Baton Rouge office building.
52-year-old Stephen McCants was arrested Wednesday and charged with video voyeurism after detectives received a tip from the public. Investigators released an image of the suspect Tuesday afternoon that was recovered from the camera.
Detectives retrieved the camera from the building, located at 4000 South Sherwood Forest, on Nov. 24.
