We have a quiet start to this Monday after the Super Bowl. It is mostly cloudy with temperatures in the lower 40s. You will want to take that light jacket and your umbrella today.
A disturbance and an area of low pressure will move across the Gulf Coast States today and tonight. This will bring us mostly cloudy skies along with isolated showers this afternoon. Highs will be in the upper 60s.
The rain will become more widespread tonight as the low moves right over Baton Rouge. Expect scattered showers with a few rumbles of thunder. Lows will be in the mid 50s.
