A Pineville woman has pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit mail fraud in a case that
involved using someone else's identity to steal money by opening accounts at various banks and credit card companies.

Lanetta Littleton faces up to five years in federal prison.

The case involved Littleton and Timothy Rushing, also a Pineville resident.

Rushing pleaded guilty in March to bank fraud.

He faces up to 30 years in a federal penitentiary.
