Pictures tell a different story
ATHENS, OHIO- A grand jury decided not to prosecute a man on a sexual assault charge since the incident involving a young woman was photographed and filmed by witnesses.
The man and woman were photographed during sex near the Ohio University campus and explicit photos were circulated via social media. Later, the woman claimed she was sexually assaulted.
The Athens County prosecutor says the grand jury decided there wasn't probable cause to go ahead with charges since investigators determined the two 20-year-olds had been drinking and say the woman did not tell the man "no" when a crowd formed to watch what they were doing.
