Pharmacy burglarized again
BATON ROUGE- Authorities are investigating another pharmacy burglar here.
The N & T Pharmacy on Marque Ann Drive was hit for the second time in two months.
Investigators believe the same person is likely responsible since both times since the burglar tried to get inside by busting holes in the wall.
Previously, thieves got in and took $50,000 worth of pills. However, during the latest hit, the alarm went off and the burlgar left with nothing.
Due to a rash of burglaries at pharmacies across the region, agencies are meeting this week to discuss the crimes and look for possible connections.
