BATON ROUGE - State Police released the names of two persons of interest Thursday who detectives are trying to contact in connection with a recent double murder in East Feliciana Parish.

Trooper Jared Sandifer said LSP detectives are assisting the East Feliciana Parish Sheriff's Office in the murders, which happened on April 27 in the town of Ethel. Investigators said Connie and Eddie Earl Hall were found killed inside their home.

State Police said Thursday investigators are looking for Armando Reyes Diaz and Dulce Maria Funez, as well as a white 2009 Nissan Versa with Louisiana license plate WMH918. Detectives said they believe the couple may be traveling together with a boy younger than 10, and that the vehicle has dark tinted windows, black wheels, and a small white sticker on the lower left rear glass.

State Police said Diaz and Funez are from Baton Rouge. Investigators believe at least one of them worked for the Halls.

Anyone with information about these persons of interest or the vehicle should contact LSP at (225) 925-6536
