Right lane open on I-12 eastbound after accident

The right lane is open on Interstate 12 eastbound at mile marker 17.
I-12 westbound and the left lane eastbound are still closed due to an earlier accident involving a car and 18-wheeler. The 18-wheeler overturned and is currently in the median.
Police said a man was trapped in the car and has been transported to the hospital. As of now, his injuries are non-life-threatening. The three occupants of the 18-wheeler received minor injuries, according to authorities.
Traffic is backed up to Juban Road on I-12 east.
