Permission to eat
A popular diet technique may not work as well as originally thought.
Experts no longer believe eating five or six small meals a day is the best weight loss answer. Instead they give you permission to pig out a couple times a day. They recommend you eat a big breakfast between 6:00 and 10:00 a.m. and a big lunch between noon and 4:00 p.m.
Research shows that you can lose weight using either method, but you can drop it quicker with the two big meals method. The plan is also beneficial for diabetics; it is proven to lower blood sugar.
