BATON ROUGE - Baton Rouge police are investigating another fatal accident after a pedestrian was struck when trying to cross the street Saturday morning.

Police said Ivory Robinson ,25, died after being struck by a vehicle traveling eastbound on Florida Blvd. It happened in the 8200 block of Florida Blvd and Woodale around 7:20 a.m.

Police said a woman was driving eastbound on Florida Blvd when Robinson quickly tried to cross the street. He died from his injuries at the scene.
