An upper-level low is moving across Southeast Louisiana and South Mississippi this afternoon. This is the same system that brought us the storms this morning. It will continue to set off isolated showers and thunderstorms. Some could be strong with heavy rain, hail, gusty winds and a lot of lightning. However, most of you will be dry with partly cloudy skies. It will be warmer with highs in the mid 80s.
Any storms will dissipate this evening and we will be left with a few clouds. Temperatures will fall into the 70s.
Expect mostly clear skies and pleasant conditions tonight. It will be cool with lows in the lower 60s.
