It is going to be a hotter afternoon across the Capital City with partly cloudy skies. We will also see a few showers popping up around Southeast Louisiana. High temperatures will be in the lower 90s.

There will be a few showers this evening with some cloud cover and the temperatures will be falling into the mid 80s.

Expect a few clouds to linger tonight and it will still be comfortable with low temperatures in the upper 60s.
