A natural gas well has exploded and killed two people, in western Pennsylvania, near Pittsburgh.

The blast happened around 10 a.m.in a remote area of Indiana Township, about 15 miles northeast of Pittsburgh.

Reports say the well is still burning at this hour.

The PA Public Utility Commission says the well is owned bu Huntley & Huntley.
