The owners of First Choice Medical Staffing in Ville Platte have been arrested on a fraud charge.

Brett McElwee and Daniel Fuselier surrendered at the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office on Tuesday.

Investigators say McElwee and Fuselier under-reported their company's payroll and number of employees in order to cut the cost of their workers' compensation premium.
