BERKELEY, CALIFORNIA- The Governor of California admits he doesn't know if the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge will open over Labor Day weekend. The new bridge replaces a span damaged during the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake and is years late and billions over budget. The governor says his administration is reviewing construction documents.
