Outdoors Report Oct. 1

The first Saturday in October means one thing for guys and girls looking to get out in the woods.  The start of squirrel season.  Sure hunting tree rats may not be for everyone, but The Advocate Outdoorsman Joe Macaluso is here to tell you what to look for if you want to give it a "shot".

The cooler temps and good acorn crop should make this weekend a great time to start the season, even if the wind is going to make it a little hard to spot the squirrels.  Heck at least it will be easier to walk around in the woods.  Don't forget the bug spray.
