Opelousas mayor surrenders Friday morning
ST. LANDRY PARISH- Opelousas Mayor Reggie Tatum has surrendered to authorities from the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office Friday morning.
KATC reports, that Tatum was indicted earlier this week on 15 counts including malfeasance in office and theft, stemming from overtime payments he received after the August 2016 flood.
