One of two morning shootings in BR involves driver who was shot in the head
BATON ROUGE - One of two morning shootings involved a man shot in the head while driving, police said.
The man crashed after being shot in the 3200 block of Hollywood Drive near Longfellow Drive. Police said the victim had an argument with the person who shot him around 7 a.m. Names of those involved have not been released, but investigators said there is a person of interest.
The victim is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The investigation continues.
Earlier, a shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. on Cletus Drive near Gum Street. There were no immediate details available.
