One killed in W. Feliciana Parish shooting
ST. FRANCISVILLE, La. - Investigators remained tight-lipped after a reported shooting in St. Francisville Monday.
Sheriff J. Austin Daniel confirmed that his deputies were investigating a shooting in which one person was dead. He said it happened around 10:30 a.m. Monday and they were questioning someone as part of their investigation, but nobody had been arrested.
Daniel did not say where the shooting took place, or release the identity of the deceased. He said more information would be coming Tuesday.
