WBRZ - Baton Rouge

BATON ROUGE - One person was critically injured in a multi-car pileup this afternoon in Baton Rouge, according to authorities.

It happened at Coursey and American Way around 1:30 p.m. Witnesses said a handful of vehicles were involved, and one car had flipped onto its side.

EMS said three people were transported from the scene.
