One hurt in shooting on Aldrich Drive

BATON ROUGE - Police say a man was hospitalized after a shooting on Aldrich Drive Thursday evening. 

The shooting occurred around 5:30 p.m. in the 4600 block of Aldrich Drive. Authorities say one person was taken from the scene in stable condition.

The extent of the victims injuries is currently unknown.
