BATON ROUGE - Constables in Baton Rouge arrested a man on Thursday for dozens of outstanding charges and warrants.

Constable Reginald Brown said Troy Harris, who had 22 criminal and traffic warrants for 47 total charges, didn't have the largest list of outstanding warrants they've ever seen, but he was close.

Brown said constables found Harris at his job, and he cooperated with the arresting officers.

Brown's list of outstanding charges included drinking and urinating in public, numerous traffic violations, drinking while in a vehicle, marijuana possession, and one DWI charge.

Constables booked Harris into the parish prison Thursday.
