MANCHESTER, NEW HAMPSHIRE- A man celebrating with breakfast at a restaurant got a 7-cent refund on his bill since the policy is to give customers a percentage off their bill if its their birthday.
Joseph Nelson turned 101 and told a reporter he never thought he would live this long. Nelson ate scrambled eggs and ham, topped off with a piece of chocolate cake.
The restaurant's policy is that customers get a percentage break on their bill based on age. At Nelson's age, he was due a refund.
