Oil spill to be burned off Saturday
BAYOU SORREL- The Coast Guard will perform a controlled burn after 5,000 gallons of oil leaked from a pipeline in Iberville Parish.
The burn will happen Saturday.
The leak was reported on January 9th at the Frog Lake Bayou Sorrel facility, owned by ORB Exploration.
1,750 gallons have already been contained.
